How do I transfer credit card data like bins and cvv to the physical card, which program should I use?

It doesn't work like that, You gotta have track1&track2 and if you want to use the card at the ATM you need the pin too

I think I understood, I need to have the banner of the card holder to transfer the info to the card 2 is this? Is there no way to do the data transfer only with the full card of the precise encoding of the banner?
