Im relatively new to the carding game but I've met enough people, researched, and experimented enough all this time to be aware of which shops have mostly good pieces that go for $200-$500 each (More than that is a blessing but thats the average) and which sell mostly dead pieces or even scam the buyer on purpose. I'm not some rich god level scammer but I do have a fair amount of knowledge on which shops to go to and which to not.
