want to learn carding which would include buying cc or fullz along with tutorial to buy stuff as i don't want cash outs. anyone willing to suggest any site or person to do so please. :)

What you are asking for;
CC = (means) Credit Card.
CC FULLZS = (means) CC details with all major information you will need to know about the card or 'CC' holder. FULLZS include Date of Birth, SSN, MMN, and Security Questions and Answers.

VBV = (means) Verified by Visa.
BTC = (means) Bitcoin.
MCSC = (means) = MasterCard Secure Code.

DROP = (means) = The Address where You want Your carded (item/item's) to be shipped to.
CITY + STATE = (means) Your IP's Location which is Country or State and City that MUST 100% match the Billing City and State for the CC.
Bill=Ship (means) The CC Billing Address should be the 'exact same' as the shipping address 100%.
ZIPCC/ State CC = (means) The CC Country and State should be the 'Exact Same' as the Drop Address.
Re-Route = (means) Calling or Chatting with Customer Service to change the shipping address to your drop address but mostly maintaing the CC name and phone number by just giving out the drop address as the correct address to receive the shipment. (Item/Product).

Sometimes if you are lucky for your FULLZS you can even get the email, and phone number information!.

there are several sites where one can buy CC, dump etc but which site is legit is the main problem. how about mecca dumps or dumpkingdom?
