Who knows about wealth management accounts and how to cash out/transfer/drain them? I have the 58 page statement to a wealth management account with pnc bank that has over 4 million dollars in it, I know the account owners fullz info. I have photos of his ID and passport but no email access. Help me out and we can split it half and half which is 2 million a piece
