I have a question, you just need me to pay you the fee in bitcoin and you will send me a western union MTCN and I will go do the pick up right? I don't need to have a pending MTCN?

exactly, you got it. once paid, I send you the MTCN code and full sender's details, because sometimes the wu agent may ask who is the sender, just for security, so you will be covered
