What are steps to card ?

So I go to Cardable Websites and choose some website to card.
Then I buy a CC, does it matter the country of CC ?
After I bought CC I go to MADAFAKA.ru and check if it's live. In case it's live I check if it's VBV https://cybercarders.net/threads/how-to-check-if-a-bin-is-vbv-or-not-and-change-the-vbv-code-or-settings.2746/
I've read if it's vbv I can't do anything with that card. So I need to buy cards until I get a no VBV one ?
If I get a no vbv card I need to buy socks5 or RDP so it match the state and country of CC.
Then just use the method from Cardable Websites or if it's no method just buy.
If it's bill=ship and I have a USA CC can shipping be in other country or only same country as CC ?
How much $ should be the order ?
Anything else I need to know ?

Wrong , you can do alots with vbv cc , the best way are using Shopify stores
And about IP it should match the IP of cc

if u have vbv cc then use it on normal sites that don't ask for verification
and about bill ship ,it could be ur adresse in bill and ship , not cc adresse and yes it can be other country
