What can i do with a fullz no card number?

I bought a fullz but it only had personal info of the person. Can I use the info to get credit cards preapproved and spend them?

Apply for credit card with it but it will be denied if you don’t send to address on file. Your best bet is to apply for in store credit (you might need an id if you go to physical store) better to apply for store credit online; think HD BestBuy MacYs. Another thing too, try to apply for a PayPal credit using fullZ name and open email with fullZ name. Good luck

im guessing since there’s no card no fullZ probably has bad credit due to being scammed b4 and also due to you exposing her ssn (peeps will use it too to apply for cc, it will have too many inquiries and be flagged) you can always buy a cpn with high credit score/trade line from me
