I often see “bill = ship” in the posts, but I wonder if it refer to the address or the name? U c, cc owner has his billing address and name which included
In the cc information we got. But if we fill in the online shop for this name and address（both billing and shipping，then the owner will get the bill and item，not us，right？
so you guys say bill=ship mean？just refer to the name？or something else？example，pls
