What to do with CC Number

I have got cc numbers but only the cc number with exp date and the cvv.
I do not have the name adress and dob
What can you do with this number or does some one knows hot to get more info like adress and name from only the number of the cc?

buy stuff on ebay or amazon.. sites that wont require avs and exact dob. in few words all cardable sites

is there any instance where a socks proxy or vpn that matches the zip is not necessary? For example I have a live cc w fullz turns out for a very local area. not the same zip but same county , in fact one city east. I am trying to avoid the hold ups. I have no funds to get the socks or rdp. yes its pathetic but im new to this and life is expensive.

Yes u can. In the past I carded only with a free vpn trying to be close as much as possible to the victim's Location and always worked fine . But then got stuck in VBV sites (OTP) and The bank contacted the holder and card blocked. So I Think In the same county should work,, as long u avoid vbv and mcsv and rise red flags.
