Thanks for the encouragement there for real. I h have a paid ipvanish account but thats all rn. In terms of likely successful and in highest priced items, what could you suggest? For what ever reason I am thinking an ebay purchase. However I'm uncertain of what threshold I should retain? >$500? Or can I indulge? Also for reference, bin is 4189 if thats relevant here

I dunno Too much about the best bins I have to check but start with a small item like 30 40$, if successful increase. As I said earlier try to be as much specific as possible with the billing information.. but on ebay carded even with random info.. always start small,, not too much, stay close to 50 100$

Thanks boss, i appreciate you taking your time to help out, ive got the billing address phone number and their email. Im gonna shop ebay rn, i will post my results here after
