Well whats a “runner” in carding terms

What it take to be a “runner” equipment wise like what hardware and software

Well i deduced that much, what im trying to know how does one become a runner like what does one need like a MSR,laptop,phone, like what utilities are required ?

I think he's asking how can he become one and what are the requirements to do the job,
Personally i dont know as ive never done any of that.
