Hey new member here just looking around, cool site so far. I'm sure I'll have lots of good info/help to share/learn from all y'all.
Just quick topic for my current OP needs: wondering what you guys think would be a fair market price to pay for social engineer hacker-work contracting to EXTRACT a needed PHONE NUMBER from a particular target?
This is unique situation as I have access to a special type of account for this target that's using an OLD phone number last-4 digits as a type of PIN on the account login.
I have already searched all the usual background-check type sites and reports looking for this number but the correct one has not appeared anywhere yet. I have knowledge of the number's first-3 and second-3 numbers such as like (555)123-???? but it's missing only the last-4 there "????" which is what I am looking for the hacker-SE help to find.
Already have a quote for this work from one guy but not having ever hired this kind of work out before, curious to get some estimates of what fair price should be?
