Looks like they're exit scamming. I deposit bitcoins there 2 weeks ago but they're yet to reflect. There support is also unresponsive. Be careful!

You used the wrong link. Thats a phishing site you got. It happened to me. Empire main log in site doesn't ask you for pin when logging in, and the is mirror verification. Only get your link at dark.fail and an extra advice, that place is not rossy as they say. There are more scams there if you are by cvv. Unless you want to get other items.
