Which conditions must have a PP acc for load?

Hi, I can make GnS loads to paypal accounts, but not all accounts are fine. I understand that a new account with no history does not accept payments and gives me an error. Is there any paypal master who can tell me all the conditions that an account paypal must have in order to load?

Ok. Old and with a transaction history but how old and how minimal have to be a transaction history?

Total transaction should be "not less". are you sure not more?

Yes you are right. I read bad. I was thinking about the Gns transaction and not about the transaction history. Follow me if you want I have a couple more of question for you about how manage sharing money trought many accounts for making a massive transaction history
