following situation:
I am a Lawyer. Have different difficult cases.
and the potencials i thought can be honestly just evaluated here.
And sorry for your time if its just bullshit at end
my client (she/ ex banker/ now broken/ 31) was abused her last three years by a really dickhead
she just lost everything (was threated to break up her pregnancy) and lives now totally isolated with different psychological challenges.
today we lost the charge, because she wasnt able to talk in his presence with his lawyer.
in my mind he deserves more than just be ripped for month salary (which will be paid back by his swiss insurance)
but she just have a notice book with a unlocked mastercard details and one black (potencially) unlocked card information.
My offer to you:
If someone offers a beliveable concept, can please give that woman a chance to go back to her hometown, create her an account with an amount of money, and an instruction how to use it.
and please one important question what is the budgetary potencial?
